Ms Thenmozhi always knew that she was destined for a career in academia. She has a natural ability to explain abstract concepts in an engaging, interesting and thought-provoking manner. As a busy academic, she balanced her demanding commitments with her true love - sparking curiosity and interest through her teaching. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led quite a few academic organizations and schools to success. She was awarded the Best Teacher Award in the year 2013 and the Best Innovative Principal in the year 2018 by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Her love for children motivated her to develop and mould the future generation of educators and academic leaders.
